Announcement about the alert system
We have withdrawn the automatic alert system and the arrows showing your cat’s health trends on the top page. This is because of examining a potential patent matter and making sure that any of our technologies does not diminish other companies’ rights.
We apologize for the inconvenience. We will notify you when there is any new information.
What you need to know
We will not send you automatic notifications (alerts) about your cat's health. However, your cats can use Toletta as always. Your Toletta will continue recording the six indicators and videos/photos, and you can check the data on the app. Just please make sure to check the numbers so as not to miss any changes in your cat’s health.

- サイズをご確認いただき、十分な設置スペースの確保をお願いいたします。

- 設置環境をCheck!
- 電源があり、硬い床で、壁や物に接触しない場所に設置してください。ゲージ内やカーペットの上だと、センサーが安定せず正しく計測できないことがあります。

- LEDライトは常時点灯
- 夜のトイレも記録するため、カメラについているLEDライトは常時点灯です。消灯や調光機能はありませんので、寝室などに置く場合はトイレカバー等をご検討ください。
